An HR Professional and homemaker took a bold move to set up her venture and started working as the legion of one.

Aambridge grew with new members joining in who were trained in-house. The team extended and so did the horizons with more employers and clients joining in from Retail and Media Industry. The quality of services attracted more clients and Aambridge grew with each day.

Aambridge saw expansions in its working style and started to offer HR Training vertical to give practical understanding of HR. Trainings were provided to the freshly out of college graduates and experienced job seekers as well. At Aambridge, we make sure that training is offered by the senior and experienced HR Professionals. Aambridge didn’t stop expanding its wings and reached out to the Banking and Finance sector as well.

Aambridge has always felt the need to offer the best, hence the ideologies were revised and re-visioned in 2014 with the increasing demands and needs for the flexible working environment and work from home opportunities. Therefore, an “ALL WOMEN” entrepreneurial platform was created to offer work from home and have timings as per their convenience and flexibility.

With improved services and increasing recognition amongst in the market Ambridge was placed on Global Platform by entering in GCC and European Markets.

With top-notch services and ever improving methodologies Aambridge became “ All Women” multi nationality team with experience of women ranging from 10 years to 25 years. Therefore, adding another feather to the crown.

Aambridge started strengthening a global network of specialized recruiters and expanded the workforce to incorporate more “local national recruiters” from different countries and backgrounds.

Aambridge proffered a critical role and demonstrated a high level of expertise during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We allocated a large proportion of our workforce to meet the demands of Health Care Professionals’ recruitment. Team Aambridge has fulfilled a record number of positions in this public health emergency and strived hard to coincide with the deadlines and responsibilities.
