2. Role: Business Development Executive
Salary: INR 30000- 40000 Per month (Depending on the interview performance and
experience)

Working Hours: 4:30 AM IST 2:00 PM IST (Mon – Fri)
The Role:
- Cold calling business customers and providing businesses with cost-effective services
- Building rapport, explaining the benefits of the product, and closing a sale.
- Deals in energy solutions (electricity and gas) as well as telecommunications and cyber security.
- Have to compare the prices of different retailers and offer the best price to the customers where they can save more.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 6 months – 1 year of proven on-paper Telesales experience in international BPO for outbound sales process (B2B preferred)
- Domestic Sales Experience: 1 year with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Open for both undergraduates and graduates.
- You will be able to think and respond quickly to various inquiries from industry personnel and professionals.
- A genuine desire to make quality sales
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to achieve targets
- Ability to represent the company corporately whilst building rapport.

3. Role: Business Development Manager (Corporate Gifting)
Overview: We are looking for dynamic, self driven and focused Client Acquisition / Business Development Managers for Gurgaon location.
- The top priority of this role is Client Acquisition. This is an individual contributor and Direct Corporate Sales Role.
- Should have handled minimum 3Cr of Annual Sales @ 25 % Gross Margin
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders of
- Procurement, Admin, HR and Marketing.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Lead Generation and attract new clients
- Client Management (From requirements to payments). Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
Desired Skills:
Any Graduate/PG with 5+ years relevant experience in B2B Client Acquisition
through Direct Sales
