– Foster team motivation for promoting off-plan and on-site projects.

– Develop and manage the broker network at both domestic and international levels.
– Drive sales activities with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experiences:
– Previous experience working with a leading Developer in a similar role or leading the sales function within a luxury Real Estate Brokerage.
– Demonstrated ability to manage and foster the development, growth of a sales team and evaluate performance based on KPIs.
– Profound experience in the Middle East market.
– Possess excellent communication abilities in both English and Arabic/French/German/Spanish/Russian/Mandarin/Hindi
