Aambridge is looking for IT Project Engineer for a renowned hospital in Saudi Arabia.
Role Duties
ü Has Strong Communication Skills Proven experience as Project Manager or Solution Architect
ü Successfully managing the delivery of Oracle Applications/Integration projects.
ü Working with the customer and end-user to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for projects.
ü Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality.
ü Managing customer expectations, and be able to closely monitor for scope creep.
ü Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed and impacted against timeline
ü keep monitoring tasks and progress of client specific activities. Controlling and reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor. Initiating corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track.
ü Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
ü Close monitoring and reporting on project budget.
ü Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders.
ü Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of those consultants.
Skills Required
Must have experience with different technology stacks: Oracle, Microsoft, Integration services, AWS and other digital technologies.
ü Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation and ongoing Project execution
ü Ability to have CxO level discussions, internally and externally, about how to successfully deploy solutions.
ü Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle Cloud/application ERP projects end to end.
ü Strong experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy / systems integrator.
ü Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex IT projects (ERP Application, Integration & Infrastructure).
ü Strong knowledge in Health Care projects planning & delivery
ü Microsoft Project planning experience a must.
ü Strong stakeholder management, Customer experience, communication and soft skills
ü Technical IT knowledge – Application Development background
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer science.
– 10 + years of progressive experience in IT, 5 years managing IT projects.
– PMP certified is a must, MBA is a nice to have.
– ITIL certified
